Asiantuntijayritysten johtamisesta monta kirjaa (lyhyt lista) kirjoittanut David Maister kertoo osuvasti siitä haasteesta, johon jokainen muutoshankkeen vetäjä törmää:
“Often, I can see what the client needs to do, and I can get the client to understand that it needs to be done.
But getting it done – dealing with politics, resistance, fear, turf battles, the need for consensus – really stretches my skills. The process that is required is emotionally charged, and I was never trained in this.”
